Classick Sleigh Ride is an Annual Car Show / Charity Event founded in 2012.
It was just a simple idea at first: invite a bunch of random car people to hang out in a small parking lot and collect toys to donate to children in need for Christmas.
We aren't a car club or a business trying to expand their brand. We are simply a small family who is passionate about bringing people together and giving back. We started by investing our own money into the first few events and eventually began charging a small donation fee to people who wanted to have thier vehicles on display and participate in the actual car show. Proceeds from the car registration & merch sales now cover the operating expenses of our growing event, including feeding our 30+ staff members who donate their time to work the event every year.
Our first event was a success! We had about 70 cars and collected about 100 toys! Year after year our event quickly began to gain a unique identity. A family friendly, high quality car show with a fulfilling purpose. An event inspired by real hiphop music, sneakers, and other facets of pop culture. Fast forward to over a decade later and we now have over 200+ cars on display and averaging 2,000 toys collected!
Our growth could not be possible without the help of such genrous and kind supporters. The love and support we experience year after year is unmatched.
Within the last 13 years, the event has grown tremendously. We have such loyal supporters who donate money and pay to display their beautiful vehicles, vendors who help us promote the event & supply giveaways that we use for prizes, and spectators who bring toys & priceless memories. We've also been blessed with people from the community who host their own drives to collect toys and bring to our event to add to the total lot.
As we continue to progress, the event has faced many challenges and unspoken obsticles througout the years. We've suffered loss of one of our own family members and a few friends. During the Covid19 Pandemic, we still managed to pivot and create a touchless, drive by event to still be able to facilitate an enjoyable donation day. In 2022, a storm took place the same morning as the event as our supporters were traveling through unsafe road conditions, some driving from as far as the Bay Area. Even during some of our darkest moments, this community as proven to be loyal, determined, and resilient.

With the current state of inflation and rise in operating costs, we've decided to open up a donation link to accept monetary donations.
